How to brew

Measure
Use about 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
Heat the water
Herbal and black teas: just off the boil (about 205–212°F). Green teas: cooler, about 175°F.
Steep
3–5 minutes, then strain. Steep longer for a stronger cup.
